Is DubWire really free?
Yes, entirely. There is no purchase necessary, no deposits and no hidden costs. Every game is a free demo.
How do I start a game?
Open the Games page, choose a category or search for a title, then tap any card. The demo launches in an overlay window straight away.
Why can't I withdraw credits?
Credits are virtual and have no monetary value, so they cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or cashed out. They exist only to power the demos.
I forgot the name I registered with.
Accounts are stored locally on your device for convenience only. Simply register again or clear your browser storage to start fresh.
A game won't load — what now?
Refresh the page and check your connection. Demos are served by the game provider, so a quick reload usually resolves it.
Do you collect payment details?
Never. DubWire has no payment system because nothing on the platform costs money.
Is DubWire suitable for under-18s?
No. The platform is restricted to adults aged 18 and over, even though no real money is involved.
